On February 6, 2025, a North Central Florida county court issued a Writ of Possession in favor of a rental property investor in less than one calendar month of litigation for residential eviction. The lawsuit was filed on January 13, 2025. Although such litigation is not always so expedient, as there are many variables involved in an eviction lawsuit, the result exemplifies attorney Yong Oh’s commitment to complete work for his clients as soon as they can be done.
